David Madsen, the founder of Madsen Law, has over 30 years of experience as a Barrister and Solicitor. He has extensive litigation and mediation experience across a broad range of legal issues in Family Law, Business Law, Wills & Estate Law.

Madsen Law has been in Loganholme for 15 years, established by David Madsen’s expertise in Family Law.

David has a friendly, supportive manner with his clients, years of wisdom and experience in negotiating legal matters and presents a firm and robust approach in your defence to secure the best possible result for you.

David is an Accredited Family Law Specialist with the Queensland Law Society and can manage well any Family Law issue with confidence and a calming manner for his clients. You will be in expert hands for your family law matter with David Madsen.

David is also passionate about small business ownership and helping owners along the way with their legal needs. He has developed many business contracts, franchise agreements and leases and resolved various business disputes. You can trust David to make sure that your business is set up and structured well to weather time and the various challenges that occur.

Tracie has the ability to organise and manage many things at once. Her years of teaching has proved this ability can transfer to other career options. At Madsen Law, Tracie manages the Practice and Accounts Departments. Tracie is also regularly on reception. She will be helpful and ensure the quickest response to your enquiry that is possible.

Abigail Pugh

Abigail graduated Law with honours. Her expertise is in Family Law and she is currently completing her Masters, specialising in Family Law. She is knowledgeable and has the on-the-road experience in representing clients well. Client satisfaction has been very high.

Abigail is the main producer of our firm’s Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorneys and also manages Estate Matters including Probate.

Abigail is a passionate solicitor in the areas of family law, child protection and domestic violence assisting her clients to get the best results. She has represented clients in resolving parenting disputes, distribution of property, divorce, domestic violence applications and breaches of domestic violence orders. Abigail frequently appears in Court to advocate for her clients and present their best possible case.

Commercial Law Graduate assisting the Principal

Samuel will be our next Solicitor after his Admission Ceremony in early 2021.

Samuel’s passion and expertise are in Business Law. He specialises in drafting and negotiating contracts, loan agreements, and commercial leases which afford the highest protection to small business owners. Resolving commercial disputes & litigation will form part of his portfolio.
