Lachlan Jones is a Senior Associate at Madsen Law, specialising in Family Law, Business Law, Estates Law, Criminal Law, and Domestic Violence matters.
Lachlan also possesses extensive experience and formal qualifications in a range of other legal areas, including Defamation, Consumer and Competition Law, Medical and Public Health Law, Planning and Environment, and Property Law.
He brings a multidisciplinary and strategic approach to legal practice, applying his diverse skills, knowledge, and experience to resolve complex legal issues.

Ebony Barry

Ebony Barry joined the Madsen Law team in 2023 and is a valuable addition to our team. Ebony is friendly and personable but also dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for her clients with a keen ability to draft supportive family law applications, affidavits, court orders, etc. She confidently supports her clients whether it be as the front solicitor or astutely drafting for other solicitors. Ebony is highly organized, easy to talk to, compassionate, a clear thinker and has exceptional writing skills. She combines these skills to be a strong advocate for her clients. Ebony joins us after two successful years as a law clerk and solicitor.

Tracie has the ability to organise and manage many things at once. Her years of teaching has proved this ability can transfer to other career options. At Madsen Law, Tracie manages the Practice and Accounts Departments. Tracie is also regularly on reception. She will be helpful and ensure the quickest response to your enquiry that is possible.
Lachlan Madsen

Since 2016 Lachlan has managed the conveyancing services for Madsen Law, showcasing his commitment to excellence and care to his clients. Recognizing his exceptional skills and dedication to the firm’s progress, Lachlan was promoted to the position of Practice Manager in September 2022. His diligence and experience in conveyancing in which he kept the client in the loop throughout the process, became well known. His organizational expertise, operational management beyond conveyancing, alongside his care for people, positioned him well for the role as the Law Firm’s Manager.

Troy Fischer joined our Madsen Law team in Jan 2025 as a Family Lawyer. He has had experience working in the courts as a Legal Case Manager for a Senior Registrar. This allows Troy to brings a practical understanding of how the courts manage a case. Troy is dedicated to guiding clients through life’s important legal decisions with care and expertise.
